Venues

The main venue of the conference, on 16th April,  will be The University of Glasgow.

We will have an informal social the night of the 15th April in the Queen Margaret student union. We will have some kind of interactive event – maybe a quiz – so those who have to travel the day before have other people to spend the evening with prior to the big day.  This is open to poster contest presenters, organisers and sponsors only.

Taking part

The event is open to all, although you have to register. The poster contests are open to women and non-binary students studying computing (BSc, BA, BEng, MSc, MComp or MEng) in the UK. This year we expect to have about 175 posters. For student attendees the event is free and for poster presenters we try to manage accommodation and also cover travel costs.

We have a limited number of tickets for non-student attendees, and you will be able to sign up online nearer to the day.
