You can find out more about our supporters on the <a href=\"https:\/\/bcswomenlovelace.bcs.org\/?page_id=494\">University Supporters page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Venues<\/h2>\n<p>The event is taking place at the University of Bath Claverton Down Campus, Chancellor&#8217;s Building<\/p>\n<p>University of Bath<br \/>\nClaverton Down<br \/>\nBath BA2 7AY<\/p>\n<p>This has excellent bus links to Bath town centre, and the buildings we are using are very close to the bus stops on campus (Arrival Square).<\/p>\n<h2>Programme<\/h2>\n<p>You will be able to register in the Chancellor&#8217;s Building (CB) from 12ish.\u00a0 Lunches and Dinner will in the Limetree Cafe opposite. Registered participants will get food vouchers in the registration pack. You can read the text here: <a href=\"https:\/\/bcswomenlovelace.bcs.org\/?page_id=92\">Call for Abstracts<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you want to be first to find out about our call for abstracts for next year, or our registration opening up for future events, we have a &#8220;Google Group&#8221; for announcements which you can sign up to email alerts.<\/p>\n<p>For any queries, please contact the Lovelace Colloquium Leadership team (Jacqui, Safia, Myles, Hannah) on <a href=\"mailto:lovelacecolloquium@bcs.co.uk\">lovelacecolloquium@bcs.co.uk\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Taking part<\/h2>\n<p>The event is open to all, although you have to register. The poster contests are open to women and non-binary students studying computing (BSc, BA, BEng, MSc, MComp or MEng) in the UK. In 2026 we are delighted to have accepted 208 poster presenters. For student presenters the event is free and we try to manage accommodation and also cover travel costs via travel bursaries and support from host Universities.<\/p>\n<p>We will have a limited number of tickets for students who don&#8217;t present posters, and also for non-student attendees &#8211; these will go on sale nearer to the day (after we allocate places to the poster contest finalists).
